Phil Atkinson

Phil Atkinson, Managing Director, OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH qualified Fire Risk Assessor and specialist in event management / spectator safety. 

OSHCR Registered Consultant  

Phil has been a leading health & safety professional for over 20 years and has gathered a wealth of experience across a range of industries. With a background in fire safety, event management and general health & safety he has a proven track record of identifying a client's issues and assisting them to implement practical solutions. As a keen sportsman Phil loves the great outdoors, and when he is not helping clients he can be found walking in the Yorkshire Dales or working on improving his golf handicap.  

 

 

 

 


Mark Wheeldon

Mark Wheeldon, Director - B.Sc. (Hons), Dip SHEM, CMIOSH, FIMI -  specialist in the development of Environmental, Health & Safety franchise standards.

Having worked in the field of Safety, Health & Environmental Compliance for over 15 years, Mark has been involved in the development of both national and international standards with regards to Compliance within the workplace for some of the world's largest commercial entities. Mark's philosophy has always been "keep it as simple as possible" and he has spent much of his career helping companies understand their legal obligations and developing simple, efficient and pragmatic solutions.

Mark has worked with the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH) to develop Sector specific accredited training courses and has been asked by IOSH to speak on their behalf during seminars. Away from work Mark is an avid rugby fan. He holds a season ticket at Leicester Tigers and play for his local team. 

 


John Crouchley

John has over 20 years of experience working in Health and Safety covering a number of industry sectors from Quarrying and Construction to and Petrol & Motor Vehicle Retail.

Specialising in developing Client specific, user friendly, Health and Safety Management systems and procedures.

Away from work John is a keen hockey player and can also be often found turning out for his local village cricket team. 


Kyle Stavely

Kyle Stavely, Senior H&S Consultant M.Sc., CMIOSH, MIIRSM, GCGI, MIMI - specialist in risk management technical research.

Kyle has over 15 years experience in the management of occupational Health & Safety working in various roles including advisor, manager and consultant. He has experience in numerous working environments which include engineering, motor vehicle retail, office, manufacturing and the energy sector.

He holds a Master Degree (MSc) in Occupational Safety & Environmental Management. He has also lectured at the NEBOSH Diploma level. Kyle is experienced in providing competent advice to businesses including general Health & Safety and advice on complex, strategic and high risk situations. Away from work Kyle is a keen F1 fan. 


Bob Beauchamp

Bob Beauchamp, H&S Consultant  - CMIOSH

OSCHR Registered Consultant  

Bob is an experienced safety professional, having worked in various industries, including aerospace, retail, brewing and motor vehicle repair. He has a degree in Chemistry, a Diploma in Management Studies and an Adult Education Teachers Certificate. He started his safety career as an Occupational Hygienist, and then moved into industrial safety, safety management and safety consultancy.


Peter Ellis

Peter Ellis, H&S Consultant  - CMIOSH, MIFSM

OSCHR Registered Consultant  

Peter graduated from South Bank University (London) in 1995 with an honours degree in Occupational Health and Safety. He became a Chartered Member of IOSH in 2005 and MIFSM in 2011. He has written many health and safety articles for Croner (Wolters Kluwer (UK) Ltd), RoSPA and Butterworths Tolley since 1997 and had a book published by Tolley in 2004, entitled 'Tolley's Risk Assessment Workbook Series - UTILITIES'. He has worked at Norfolk Constabulary, University of East Anglia (UEA) and Wolters Kluwer (UK) Ltd as an employed Health and Safety Adviser since 1995 and has been a health and safety consultant since 1999, undertaking most health and safety work, e.g. risk assessments and audits for a variety of small and medium sized companies in a wide range of industries.

Jim has been in health and safety for over 33 years working in a variety of industries ranging. He has vast experience in the preparation of relevant documents such as policies, procedures and risk assessments. Jim is also an experienced trainer in a variety of health and safety related subjects, most accredited via NEBOSH & IOSH.

Working both within and outside of the U.K, Jim is extremely adapt at creating and auditing standards on behalf of our clients.

Paula Fisher, Director (Human Resources)

Paula has worked in Human Resource Management for over 25 years. She has held senior HR management positions within corporate organisations and in 1997 completed a Law Degree (LLB Hons), graduating with a 1st class honours.

She has also gained a Master Degree (LL.M) in Employment Law and Employee Relations and has lectured in employment law at Anglia Ruskin University on the CIPD course (Certified Institute of Personnel & Development).

Paula has been working as a consultant, specialising in the employment law area of HR for over 15 years.


Fiona Haworth

Fiona Haworth, Senior HR Consultant

Fiona Haworth, has over 20 years experience in HR. She has spent the last 8 years working as an HR Consultant, supporting clients through a wide variety of employment issues, including restructures / redundancies, TUPE transfers, disciplinary and grievance matters, long term absence etc. She also has extensive, hands on experience of drafting and implementing employment contracts and employee handbooks.

Fiona works with clients and develops strategies to help them meet their objectives. She explains complex issues in ‘jargon-free' language and sets out any procedures that need to be followed in clear, logical steps.

Prior to working in consultancy, Fiona spent 14 years in numerous HR generalist and management roles within the Financial Services sector.

Kieran joined the Company in 2008 and has over 25 years experience in Human Resources and Employment Law. He has held senior positions within a number of Blue Chip national and international companies at senior HR and Director level.

With a BA (Hons) Law, postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and a MA in Employment Strategy he has particular expertise in employment law and has represented clients at both the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.

Angela is an experienced HR Professional with a strong knowledge of employment law legislation, employee relations and employee development. She has a proven track record of implementing HR policies, practices and procedures in high pressure environments.

Before working in HR Angela had 12 years experience working as an Operations Manager for a Utility Company providing her with the experience of understanding the commercial pressures that businesses have to deal with on a day to day basis enabling her to understand the needs of our clients.

Teri builds and maintains our clients' bespoke HR websites (Your HR Services).This includes the initial setting up of sites (all content and forms and access level), through to launching the site with employees and then maintaining and updating the site to ensure it is always compliant with legislation. Teri also manages and actions any additional updates or content requested by clients.
