Referencing
Once your payment has been authorised you will receive an email which contains a link to the required form(s) for reference requests.
Referencing Terms & Conditions
The candidate's permission is required to allow a third party to take out references. If you do not have signed consent for a third party to take out references, please ensure that you ask the candidate to complete the consent form and upload where requested.
A reference refusal shall be deemed part of the reference process and will be charged at the standard rate. If a referee declines to provide a reference for any reason whatsoever you will informed in writing. This is applicable to all reference types, including DBS Checks.
If, after a period of one calendar month from the date of the initial reference request (and after being followed up at least twice), a reference has not been fulfilled or returned it shall be deemed as a reference refusal and you will be informed that it has not been possible to obtain a reference.
