Defibs in schools

23/09/2015

It was great to see The One Show publishing the issues of sudden arrest in children and are campaiging to get defibrillators into schools.

With upcoming changes in legislation now requiring defibrillators to be placed in schools, it is important to get the right defibrillators/AED unit and electrodes suitable for children and adults alike. Although AED's are designed to be used by lay people, it is vital that staff and pupils alike are confident to use this, therefore we will be shortly offering a package that includes a training session (which can be delivered on site). We can also provide additional training for pupils and staff as the more people who know how to do good quality CPR and use a defibrillator/AED the more life's that will be saved.

Please watch out for this amazing training in our news articles and our on line training page.
