From April 2014 Employers will need to ensure that they either display the 2009 version of the Health & Safety Law poster or issue their employees the free to download approved leaflet. The updated poster replaced the 1999 version of the poster and Employers have had five years to make the change in their place of work. Failure to do so would constitute a breach of the Health & Safety Information for Employee Regulations and could lead to enforcement action.
